本门课程旨在回答以下几个主要问题：民族主义是当代国际体系的构成性原则。然而，东西方世界对民族主义及其载体民族国家存在截然不同的认知。民族主义是否具有普遍的道德性？亚洲地区的民族主义为什么长盛不衰？其地缘政治影响与战略后果是什么？如何看待普世主义与特殊主义的矛盾？怎样从民族主义的角度来理解中国崛起、朝韩统一以及日本的国家正常化？
This course aims to answer the following questions:Nationalism is a constitutive principle of the contemporary international system. However, the Eastern and Western worlds have very different perceptions of nationalism and its carrier nation-state. Is nationalism universally moral? Why does nationalism in Asia endure? What are its geopolitical implications and strategic consequences? How to view the contradiction between universalism and particularism? How to understand the rise of China, the reunification of Korea and Korea, and the normalization of Japan from a nationalist perspective?
